Commercial Carpenter
O,R&L Construction is seeking a responsible, experienced lead commercial carpenter. Candidate must have experience working in the commercial construction industry. Candidate will assist site superintendent as required including demo, carpentry work, clean up, subcontractor oversight and general coordination of site. Candidate must have general computer knowledge and the ability to multi task. Person must be looking for the   potential to grow within the company. Benefits are available.
Assistant Project Manager

O,R&L Construction is seeking a local to Branford, Connecticut, part-time/full time Assistant Project Manager, with Procore experience to provide support for project managers and superintendents on commercial construction projects. Requirements include Construction/Architectural/Engineering related degree and 2-4 year’s construction experience.

This individual is looking to grow within a leading design build firm and will process submittals, assist with scheduling, construction accounting, project safety, site audits and establishing specific site safety plans. Responsibilities may also include providing a cash flow analysis for each project, maintaining project drawings, and other project documents.
